The public replacement for the Plinical SaaS Terms is waiting on a revised legal-approved source. Do not invent interim version wording on this website.

Material blocker: archived SaaS Terms v1.1 state that Fees are exclusive of VAT and that properly chargeable VAT is payable in addition. The approved launch commercial decision is that Plinical is not charging VAT, and public pricing uses the unchanged published totals without VAT-inclusive or exclusive marketing wording. Until revised legal-approved SaaS Terms are supplied and published here exactly, this page must not be treated as a VAT-aligned current contracting source.
