All prices in GBP. No per user fees. Adding staff never changes your bill within your tier. Monthly plans renew month to month and can be cancelled to end at the close of the current paid month. Subscription terms are governed by the SaaS Terms and DPA.
SMS reminders, explained
Practice includes 100 SMS credits per month. One credit is charged per billable SMS segment. Long messages or messages containing certain characters may use more than one segment and therefore more than one credit. Additional credits are £5 for 100 SMS credits. Solo does not include a free SMS allowance; Solo clinics can buy the same credit packs when needed.
